Healthy New Hampshire 2010 provides the framework for a systematic approach to health improvement. It identifies significant and preventable threats to health and defines New Hampshire’s health and prevention agenda for the first decade of the 21st century. Healthy New Hampshire 2010 represents the commitment of local and State leaders to develop community and statewide efforts that promote healthy behaviors, create healthy environments, and increase access to quality health care. Strategies expected to emerge from this planning process will help New Hampshire’s residents gain the knowledge, motivation, and opportunities needed to improve health and well-being. |
